Recruiting elite software engineers globally is tough ask. This campaign spoke to this niche group to spark their interest in GE as an employer.

A competition was created that required an engineers strategic and technical knowledge to solve where a mystery piece of code existed on the internet. And of course what it meant. Uncovering this landed the winner 10k and a multitude of contacts. 

In just over two weeks thousands of high quality candidates from 138 countries entered the competition.
