This was a corporate campaign for GE who is a major sponsor of the Olympics. #CC9900 is a coding reference for the colour Gold.

Recruiting elite software engineers globally is tough ask. This campaign spoke to this niche group to spark their interest in GE as an employer.

A competition was created that required an engineers strategic and technical knowledge to solve where a mystery piece of code existed on the internet. And of course what it meant. Uncovering this landed the winner 10k and a multitude of contacts. 

In just over two weeks candidates from 138 countries entered the competition.
